Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by Velocity Revenue Partners LLC ("Velocity," "we," "our," or "us"), 5745 Main St, Suite 203, New Port Richey, FL 34652. Healthcare Marketing by Velocity is a DBA (trade name) of Velocity Revenue Partners LLC, not a separate company, and this policy covers both names.

Information you give us

When you use a form on this website, email us, or call us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, work email, phone number, organization or practice type, the service you are interested in, your growth challenge, and your message.

Please do not send protected health information. Our website forms are general business inquiry forms. They are not designed to receive protected health information, patient details, or information about anyone's medical condition, so please leave that out.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. It collects information such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. When a form is submitted successfully, we record an analytics event noting which form was used and on which page. The contents of the form are not sent to Google Analytics.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request details, for security and operations.

Services we currently use

  • Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, which are stored with Netlify and made available to us.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) provides the website analytics described above.
  • Google Maps is embedded on the contact page. Loading the map lets Google receive your IP address and may set cookies under Google's own policies.
  • Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Google reviews, news outlets, and client or partner websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Fonts are hosted on our own domain, so loading them does not send requests to a third party. This website does not currently use advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), remarketing or retargeting tags, session recording, live chat, or third party call tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your inquiry, scope and provide services, send business communications related to your inquiry or engagement, operate, secure, and improve the website, understand website traffic, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to stop business communications at any time.

How we share information

We share information with the service providers listed above and others who help us run the business, with professional advisors, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

Client information

Information we handle while providing services to a client is governed by our written agreement with that client, including any business associate agreement where one is required, rather than by this website policy.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. To make a request, contact Marketing@VelocityRevenuePartners.Com. This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children.

Cookie Policy

Google Analytics sets first party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to distinguish visitors and sessions. These typically last up to two years unless you clear them. The Google Maps embed on the contact page may set Google cookies when it loads. This website does not set its own advertising cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add on to opt out of Google Analytics. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to read the site or contact us.

Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Velocity Revenue Partners LLC, including content published under the name Healthcare Marketing by Velocity. By using the website you agree to them.

Website content describes services generally

Service descriptions, process descriptions, pricing ranges, timelines, and examples on this website are general information about how we typically work. They are not an offer, a proposal, or a binding commitment, and services, pricing, and availability can change.

Signed agreements control

Every client relationship is governed by its executed written agreement. That agreement, not this website, sets the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, responsibilities, approvals, intellectual property, confidentiality, account access, data storage, termination, offboarding, cancellation, and all other obligations of the engagement. Where anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. These terms apply only to use of this website. They do not modify, amend, or replace any agreement already signed with a client, and updates to these terms apply going forward only.

No guarantee of results

Nothing on this website guarantees a particular result. See the Results and Performance Disclaimer.

Educational content, not professional advice

Guides, articles, benchmarks, and frameworks on this website are general educational information based on professional experience, observed patterns, and published third party data. They are not legal, medical, clinical, financial, tax, billing, coding, or compliance advice for any specific organization, and reading them or contacting us does not create a client relationship. Discussions of HIPAA, the Anti-Kickback Statute, advertising rules, or other regulations explain general concepts and are not legal conclusions. Consult your own qualified advisors before acting.

Healthcare content

Healthcare topics on this website are written for healthcare business leaders. They are not medical advice for patients and do not recommend any treatment. See the Healthcare Marketing Disclosure.

AI related content

Descriptions of AI and automation systems are general. Some website content may be prepared with the help of AI tools and is reviewed by our team, but it may still contain errors. See AI and Automation.

Testimonials and reviews

Reviews and testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the people who gave them. They are not necessarily typical and do not guarantee similar results. Where a reviewer or case study subject has a business or ownership connection to us, we say so.

Third party links and services

Links to news outlets, client sites, partner sites, and platforms are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Naming a news outlet identifies where coverage or a release appeared and does not imply that outlet endorses us.

Intellectual property

The content, design, frameworks (including the Growth Ceiling framework), logos, and the Velocity Revenue Partners and Healthcare Marketing by Velocity names and marks on this website belong to Velocity Revenue Partners LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without permission. Third party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Accuracy, updates, and availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but information can become outdated and the website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. We may update or remove content at any time.

Acceptable use

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful code or unlawful content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date forward.

Results and Performance Disclaimer

Velocity is accountable for the strategy, execution, measurement, attribution, optimization, and leadership within the scope of each engagement, and we report against defined revenue objectives. We do not guarantee that any specific level of revenue, profit, lead volume, patient volume, appointments, admissions, conversion rate, reply rate, media coverage, search ranking, return on investment, or return on ad spend will occur, unless a specific result is expressly stated in a signed agreement.

This applies to all of our work, including fractional CMO engagements, healthcare marketing, digital advertising and media buying, AI lead generation, email systems, public relations, sales leadership, consulting, growth strategy, training, referral development, and website work.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, client participation and responsiveness, advertising budget, sales execution, offer strength, pricing, operational capacity, staff performance, approval timelines, consumer and patient behavior, referral relationships, third party platforms, search and advertising algorithms, changes in software, media editorial decisions, economic conditions, regulatory conditions, staff response time, scheduling availability, payer mix, clinical availability, and front desk performance.

Benchmarks, timelines, statistics, and case studies on this website reflect specific engagements, our observations across engagements, or published market data. Timelines such as early changes within 30 days or measurable movement within 60 to 90 days describe what we have often seen, not a promise. "Revenue influenced" counts revenue that the team's marketing, sales leadership, and business development work contributed to, across client engagements and prior roles. It does not mean Velocity generated that revenue alone. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Healthcare Marketing Disclosure

Velocity Revenue Partners LLC and its DBA, Healthcare Marketing by Velocity, provide marketing, advertising, public relations, media buying, strategy, training, systems, business development, referral development, brand development, website services, growth consulting, and fractional marketing leadership.

We do not practice medicine. We do not diagnose patients, determine medical necessity or clinical eligibility, prescribe medications, recommend patient specific treatment, provide patient specific clinical advice, or direct a physician's medical judgment, and we do not replace a healthcare organization's legal counsel or compliance officer. Clinical authority always remains with the client's licensed professionals.

Client responsibility for clinical and regulatory content

Healthcare clients remain responsible for verifying and approving, through appropriately licensed representatives, all medical and clinical claims, provider credentials and licensing information, treatment and medication descriptions, treatment eligibility information, clinical outcomes, pricing and insurance information, regulatory statements, professional scope of practice, patient testimonials, before and after images, and any advertising claim that requires clinical substantiation. We build and run the marketing around content the client has approved.

Clinical claims, treatment descriptions, provider credentials, licensure statements, pricing, insurance representations, testimonials, before and after content, and other regulated healthcare advertising statements created for clients are subject to review and approval by the client's authorized and, where appropriate, licensed representatives before publication. Client approval does not by itself make an advertisement lawful, and Velocity remains responsible for its own marketing practices.

Privacy and tracking in healthcare marketing

We design healthcare marketing to keep protected health information out of advertising platforms and to avoid tracking on pages that reveal a specific condition, treatment, or appointment. We do not describe any tactic or setup as guaranteed HIPAA compliant. Compliance depends on each organization's actual implementation, vendors, contracts, business associate agreements where required, and data flows, which the organization and its counsel are responsible for confirming.

Referral Development

Referral development services are limited to lawful business development, education, outreach, relationship management, marketing systems, and referral source tracking. Healthcare Marketing by Velocity and Velocity Revenue Partners do not pay, receive, arrange, or recommend compensation in exchange for patient referrals or healthcare patronage.

Our referral work is marketing and relationship management. It does not direct where any patient receives care, and nothing on this website is an offer to pay for, or a request for, patient referrals. Patient choice and clinical decisions remain with patients and their licensed providers. Healthcare organizations remain responsible for reviewing their own referral and compensation arrangements with qualified legal counsel.

Reviews and Reputation Management

Our reputation management and review request workflows are built so that requests are neutral. A review request should not require a positive review or a specific star rating. We do not buy or fabricate reviews, present AI generated text as a real customer review, offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, screen or gate who is asked based on expected sentiment, suppress legitimate reviews, or threaten or pressure reviewers. Healthcare clients remain responsible for how review requests are used in their own practices, including each platform's rules and any rules that apply to their profession. Reviews shown on this website are displayed as published on Google and elsewhere.

Working Together

Strong engagements are collaborative. The work moves fastest when we have access to the relevant systems and data, timely approvals (including clinical and compliance review), accurate information, attendance at agreed meetings, participation in production, prompt lead response and sales follow up, staff time for training and implementation, budget authorization, and the operational capacity to handle new demand. When any of these is delayed or unavailable, timelines and performance shift with it, and we will flag it early so we can plan around it together.

Third Party Platforms

Much of modern marketing runs on platforms we do not control, including Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, search engines, email and mailbox providers, hosting companies, AI model providers, CRM systems, press distribution services, media outlets, and journalists. Their policies, algorithms, and decisions can change at any time. We do not guarantee platform or account availability, ad approval, search rankings, organic reach, email deliverability or inbox placement, algorithmic distribution, or editorial decisions.

AI and Automation

Our AI and automation systems, including agentic lead generation, email systems, outreach, qualification, and AI assisted communications, are built and supervised by people. Their output depends on data quality, client inputs, platform rules, and market conditions, and AI can make mistakes, so we keep human review on anything that reaches a clinical or executive buyer or touches patient data. We do not guarantee lead volume, reply rates, appointments, sales, revenue, deliverability, platform availability, or the accuracy of AI generated content.

Public Relations

Our public relations work can include press release writing, press release distribution through newswire services, media outreach to journalists, and pursuit of earned editorial coverage. These are different things. A distributed press release may be republished on partner news sites, such as the AP News press release section, but that is distribution, not editorial coverage. Where an outlet such as CB Herald or The Florida Herald has picked up a release we distributed through a digital press release distribution service, we describe it as an earned pickup of a distributed release. Earned coverage, interviews, and publication are always decided by journalists and editors. Unless a specific distribution product contractually guarantees a specific outcome, we do not guarantee coverage by any outlet, interviews, journalist acceptance, publication, national pickup, or search engine indexing. Past placements shown on this website are verified examples of past work and do not guarantee similar future coverage.

Relationships and Roles

On this website, words such as partner, network, and practice partner describe professional and business relationships. Unless stated otherwise, they do not describe a legal partnership, and Provider Circle is not a fee based referral arrangement. Justin Miller's roles with Internal Medicine MD and Synergy Health are business and marketing roles, and clinical decisions at both practices rest with their licensed providers. The Internal Medicine MD and Synergy Health case studies are identified as affiliated practices.
